Mindfulness

 

Master living in the moment. Learning to observe your thinking without getting pulled into its content.  Decentering mindfulness is the ability to sit with unpleasant thoughts and experiences (that you cannot change) and exploring them with acceptance and non-judgment. This reduces stress and provides mental clarity.
